After 8+ years photographing schools, I have tried and true systems keeping busy work to a minimum for the schools I work with.
Direct, one-on-one communication - I will be your school’s direct contact, no frustrations dealing with multiple people.
Correspondence with parents - If parents have questions during or after ordering, they are encouraged to reach out to me directly.
Pre-written parent communication - Email templates are provided so schools can deliver information to parents easily and efficiently. Each school is provided with a private landing page for parents with picture day information and tips on making the day a success.
Online ordering - Viewing and ordering are done online in a private viewing gallery with individual albums for each child so parents can preview their child’s portraits before ordering - no more paper ordering packets to get wrinkled in backpacks or lost on the way home!

School portraits have been a tradition since the early 1900s, honoring the yearly milestone of each grade. However, school portraits don’t have to be stiff or cookie-cutter. Stephanie offers modern portraits that honor the individual, capturing unique personality and individuality.
Portraits are taken on a timeless black backdrop so each child stands out as art.
Rather than just one image, parents receive a viewing gallery with a minimum of 5-7 portraits in both color and black and white so they can choose the poses that reflect their child best.
Portraits are offered in a variety of print products, including enlarged prints, canvases, wallets, and magnets.
If parents can’t choose a favorite, single and full digital album downloads are available.

Big box companies have one goal in mind, get through picture day quickly! Instead, Stephanie takes time with each child and has a fun and relaxed approach to bring out students’ authentic personalities.
Some children take a little extra time to warm up in front of the camera. I work with each student and adapt to their individual needs.
With an established workflow, I am able to capture a variety of poses and evoke multiple expressions in a time efficient manner.
Ultimately, I believe picture day should be a fun and memorable experience for students, leaving them looking forward to their next picture day!
